Water
Water intake does not have a proven impact on life expectancy.
There is no strong evidence that water intake significantly affects all-cause mortality. While some studies suggest a possible link between higher total water intake (including water from food sources) and lower mortality, particularly from cancer and heart disease, the findings remain inconclusive.
